Our Commitment to Supporter Engagement

We recognise the special relationship the club has with its supporters, and committed to putting supporters at the heart of everything we do through effective dialogue, insight, and engagement.

Over the course of each season the club will engage with supporters and keep them up to date in a number of ways.

  • Attend meetings and events with Official Supporters Club/Groups (for more information, please refer to the dedicated section, which can be found in the drop-down menu below).
  • Give supporters the opportunity to attend a Fans Forum during the season (for more information, please refer to the dedicated section, which can be found in the drop-down menu below).
  • Conduct Supporter Experience Surveys to gather feedback.
  • Maintain dialogue and attend meetings with local community groups.
  • Respond and engage with fans on a one-to one basis via its dedicated Supporter Services Team.
  • Share news and important information via direct email, website, matchday programme and official social media channels/platforms.

We are also in consultation with the existing Supporters’ Charter Group (SCG) having taken advice from the Football Supporters’ Association (FSA) and are proposing the introduction of a Supporters Board (SB) for the purpose of ensuring supporters can engage in dialogue with the club on strategic and governance. This body would sit alongside, and complement, the existing Supporter Charter Group.
