Derby County installed a new ticketing system at the Pride Park Stadium during the summer of 2014.

The system has, as a result, seen a handful of minor changes implemented for supporters accessing the stadium with their Season Ticket Card.

The changes have been made in order to make arriving and entering the Pride Park Stadium trouble free and as quick as possible.

With Derby attracting over 21,000 Season Ticket Holders for the 2016/17 season and with an increased average gate expected throughout the campaign, supporters are advised to arrive at the Pride Park Stadium in good time to avoid queues/issues.

Season Ticket Card Holders should note the following important information:

• Season Ticket Card holders must insert their card into the mouth of the reader, instead of holding it up against the reader which had been the case in previous seasons

• If a Season Ticket Card is stored in a wallet, please ensure it is presented to the reader alone so no other cards stored in the wallet interfere with the signal

If you are attempting to enter the Pride Park Stadium with a regular match ticket, please note the following information:

• The barcode on match tickets must be placed face up in the mouth of the barcode reader to allow entry into the Pride Park Stadium.
